Positive One Connections Company (POCC) is a sole proprietor corporation owned and operated by Vesey Whitaker. Opened in May 2020 POCC is located in Tacoma Washington. POCC is certified with the Office of Minority Women Business Enterprise as a Minority and Disadvantaged Business. POCC is veteran owned by an Army combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom 2004-2005.

Positive One Connections Company has two activities, project writing and yard service. Our yard service activity involves battery/manually operated grass mowing, perimeter edging and light pruning. Our project writing activity is implemented using economic development principles and is geared to create and support funding strategies for profit and non-profit entities. POCC provides professional service to residential and business establishments. The values we bring with our service are; Community, Transparency, Strategy, Legacy and Sustainability.
